Leadership S.M.A.R.T.S.

The most important component of any organization is “Leadership,” and this is no less true for the Lord’s Church. Since the Church is a body, Leadership will involve more than one person. How do we prepare and equip people for Leadership and service in the Kingdom? It must involve six components:
Spirituality
Mission
Ability
Relationship
Theology
Structure
Our speaker for this dynamic and most important Saturday session will address each of these components in a way that will be practical and helpful to developing Leadership.
